Global Crossing a de problemes sur les peering avec Telia et Opentransit
ce qui nous provoquent de probleme de connexion sur TPSA. Nous avons
coupé les annonces sur le reseau GBLX en attandant qu'ils resolvent
les problemes. Le trafic est à nouveau sans perte vers TPSA.

Frankfurt semble saturé. Nous avons contacté Gblx
pour avoir plus d'information.
