nous débutons l'install des SMU hitless sur rbx-s9-a9

Le problème provient d'un bug sur le sysdb de nos asr9k en 5.1.3
Il faut installer des SMU (Software Maintenance Updates)
Le plan de cette apres-midi:
- install des SMUs hitless, il n'y a donc normalement pas d'impact
- install des SMUs avec reload , l'asr sera isolé avant de reboot et le trafic sera forwardé par le 2nd ASR du couple.

Le pb est réapparu et nous constatons le même défaut que précédemment. Il s'agit d'un problème lié aux routeurs. Nous engageons cisco pour le troubleshooting.

Apres reload, le dysfonctionnement a disparu. nous laissons le trafic s'ecouler par rbx-s10-a9 pour l'ipv6.

nous débutons l'install des SMU hitless sur rbx-s9-a9

Le problème provient d'un bug sur le sysdb de nos asr9k en 5.1.3
Il faut installer des SMU (Software Maintenance Updates)
Le plan de cette apres-midi:
- install des SMUs hitless, il n'y a donc normalement pas d'impact
- install des SMUs avec reload , l'asr sera isolé avant de reboot et le trafic sera forwardé par le 2nd ASR du couple.

Le pb est réapparu et nous constatons le même défaut que précédemment. Il s'agit d'un problème lié aux routeurs. Nous engageons cisco pour le troubleshooting.

Apres reload, le dysfonctionnement a disparu. nous laissons le trafic s'ecouler par rbx-s10-a9 pour l'ipv6.

Le passage sur la carte de spare n'a rien fait. Nous allons isoler et redemarrer le routeur.
