Some installation tasks may be unfairly rejected when using the HMI, or directly the api with custom templates (customers from Canada having servers in Europe or reverse)
Fix in progress
Workaround if you have such issue:
go to your related api:
api.ovh.com or api.ovh.ca
and issue a call to /dedicated/server/${serviceName}/install/start using an ovh template

fix prodded, no one should see his install task unfairly rejected anymore
