A bug in billing metrics collection leads to inconsistencies in the manager. We found that the data are sometimes collected with a wrong region name (UNSET), leading to misclassification of the consumption. We found no billing data loss, neither extra-data (\"false billing data\") in our metrics, just some region misclassification. We are investigating to fix the bug and reclassify properly the billing data\"
