Since yesterday evening we observe some slowdown on CDN POPs in US due to high traffic
In order to maintain the QOS, traffic is now handle by our biggest CDN DC in BHS
This also affect the GSW traffic (Paris DC)
We isolated GSW so it go trough SBG RBX.
Update(s):
Date: 2017-04-03 17:00:15 UTC EU and US POP are now fixed.
Date: 2017-04-03 16:09:56 UTC We identified the root cause. A maintenance on 28th March has been done and the goal of this maintenance was to remove an OSPF area from our core router. OSPF cost has been modified and this caused the traffic to go on POP instead of datacenter. All POP has been overloaded and then isolated to minimize the issue.
EU POP has been fixed.
We currently working on fixing US POP.
Date: 2017-04-03 15:10:22 UTC We currently see random flap on the CDN availability. We still investigate the issue.
