Notre connexion au point d'échange MSK-IX est down, du à des travaux sur la ligne optique de Varsovie à Moscou.
Emergency repair of the cable in the manhole in Chekhov. The bigger part of the cable is completely burnt, so most of the operators experience an outage, and the least(including us, fortinately) are experiencing heavy degradation. One repair team is now performing preparation works, the other one should arrive at 12:00(GMT+3), after that the active part of the works will begin, leading to the outage.

After the restoration of the FOC, a linear module was failed on our equipment in Voronezh.
An engineer with a spare parts supplier will arrive at the site approximately at 01:00 (GMT +3)
Subsequent updates only for services that have not yet been restored.
