DTAG 10G Paris
Incident Report for Network & Infrastructure
Resolved

Dear valued customer,

yesterday, we faced a cable cut near Paris and lost
approximately 80 Gbit/s traffic capacity between Paris and
Frankfurt, UK, USA.
This was the reason, why you can't get more traffic than 4
Gbit/s over your 10G Link in Paris.
More customers and peers were affected through this
incident, what heightens the significance of this incident
itself.
Some of the traffic has moved on our peerings to other
locations in our network due to this incident and some of it
isn' t normalised until now.

Cable cut is fixed since today in the morning.
You can normalise the changed routing parameters mentioned
in your mail.

If you have still problems, please let us know.

Best regards

Yours sincerely

jongler. Ca va changer sous peu :)
