Summary:-
Alarms on the network management platform indicate a potentially service
affecting problem in Madrid Spain.
This is a proactive mail to advise that at this time some but not all
customer services are affected, however, further services may be
affected in the future.
Level 3 Transport NOC is currently investigating and we will keep you
apprised of the situation as information becomes available.

Summary:-
All customer services are restored and the circuit pack remains clean. A
spare card will be shipped to site and Level 3 will perform a permanent
fix during an arranged maintenance window. Customers will be notified
once the planned work has been scheduled.

Level 3 engineers have worked with the transport NOC and reseated the
card. All alarms cleared and the TNOC are currently monitoring the
circuit pack.
Level 3 will proceed with dispatching a spare card to site and will
perform a permanent fix under a planned maintenance.

Engineers arrived at site and reseated the card however this did not
restore customer services. Level 3 are in the process of sourcing a
spare card.
No ETA/ETR at the present time.

After engaging the vendor it has been confirmed that there is a hardware
failure in Madrid.
An attempt was made at a remote repair, however, this was unsuccessful.
A replacement card is now being sought.
