After new hardware addition, we have to switch the replication method from ssync to rsync. It will affect latencies, we will monitore them and revert if they are affected too much

3rd replica is being switched back to ssync replication method, latencies should decrease

the 3rd replica is now replicating with rsync (replicas 1 and 2 are runing ssync)

we are enabling rsync on a second replica
