The provider has located the problem at Wall. Troubleshooting still in progress.

2nd wave is back up, no saturation anymore on the link.
Still in progress to troubleshoot the first wave issue with the provider.
La deuxième wave est à nouveau opérationnelle, plus de saturation sur le lien.
