After aggregate renaming, we found that customers can not spawn old flavors
(hg-* / hg-ssd-* and sp-* / sp-ssd-*) on regions SBG1 / GRA1 / BHS1 using APIv6 or OVH Manager.

eg-* and eg-ssd-* flavors are still spawnable

We recommend that customers spawn flavors eg-* or eg-ssd-* and then resize them when the issue is fixed.

Customers can spawn all instances using OpenStack Horizon dashboard or openstack python client (accessible in the manager).
