An UUID is missing on global zone zfs which prevent user to create zones.
# zfs get -H org.opensolaris.libbe:uuid rpool/ROOT/opensolaris
rpool/ROOT/opensolaris org.opensolaris.libbe:uuid - -
should be :
rpool/ROOT/opensolaris org.opensolaris.libbe:uuid xxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx local
Image installer is being fixed.

Image installer is being fixed.

Additional comments about closing: Bug is fixed.
Workaround is possible without re-installing server :
generate your uuid :
# makeuuid
xxxxxxxx-1dd2-11b2-9ecb-00304832cd88
apply uuid to your main zfs :
# zfs set org.opensolaris.libbe:uuid=xxxxxxxx-1dd2-11b2-9ecb-00304832cd88 rpool/ROOT/opensolaris
