We have identified an issue regarding Order validation and delivery. Orders paid between 12:35 UTC+1 and 15:00 UTC+1 are impacted and can experience:
- services not delivered while they are marked as delivered
- customer balances not correctly updated
We are working on resolving the issue.

The invoicing chain is now fully operational.
Invoice production has resumed.
We are now waiting for the completion of the tasks being processed to close the incident.

However, we still encounter delivery problems on service creation orders, the root cause has been identified and fixed.
After identifying these, we will restart the impacted orders
