Because of this issue http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=45015 some of our clusters have more than 1 rack unavailable.
For data safety, those clusters doesn't handle IO requests.

All clusters now have at least 2 racks and can handle requests, some servers are still down which slows down the infrastructure.

However, there might some network issues between our infrastructure and the compute nodes.
