Since 8:55, a network issue occured and impacted several services (high error rates) :
- Emails/Exchange
- Load Balancing
- Web Hosting
- CloudDB & Webhosting Databases
- Enterprise Database
- Metrics
- PCI: new tasks creations & GRAx vRack
- OVH management services

We isolated the suspected component at 10:07.
Most of the services are back up & running (error rates back to normal):
- Emails/Exchange
- Load Balancing
- Web Hosting
- CloudDB & Webhosting Databases - Connectivity back to normal at 10:05
- Enterprise Database - Unsuccessful Backup process will be restarted - Connectivity back to normal at 10:05
- Metrics
- PCI: new tasks creations & GRAx vRack
- OVH management services
We are still monitoring closely those services
From now, we are evaluating impacts and diagnosing the root cause
We will update you with additional explanations later in the day
Root cause investigation still in progress

The incident was due to a network device which crashed.
