As requested by customer feedback, node naming format will be updated to include the name of the parent node pool.

The production release planned around 2020-01-11 11:00:00 (UTC) will update the node naming format for nodes created in the future:

from `node-`

to `-node-`

where
- represents the name of the parent nodepool truncated to 30 characters.
- contains the first 6 characters of the node ID

No impact is expected for this production release. Nodes already created will not be modified. Only future nodes will benefit from this naming update.
