As part of our continuous improvement, we will perform a maintenance on the SMS platform.
This maintenance will address the following points:
- When a broker doesn't specify a PTT code in the DLR's message, we use the DLR's status as a generic PTT error code for the outgoing SMS
- Potential issue with the DLR status of outgoing SMS
- Batch campaign improvements
- Reliability and stability of the service

A slight slowdown of this service is expected (less than 10 minutes).
We will start the intervention on January 19, 2021 at 11:00 pm, Paris time.
