Our provider team is still in middle of restoration work and as of this mail writing due to the blockage identified, the contractor will be laying a temporary cable along the fence to joint together the 2 manholes.
In parallel, provider engineer is awaited onsite to investigate the ducts further.

Our provider notified us that there is currently an outage near Hong Kong that is impacting our links between APAC and NA
Restoration team are already on site and working to resolve the issue.
