An outage is ongoing on our internal infrastructure, impacting API, Manager & order funnel can respond erratically or slowly.

Les taux d'erreurs importants ont été résolus vendredi vers 18h45 UTC+2.
La root-cause du problème a été identifié lundi vers 14h00 UTC+2, les modifications de l'infrastructure vont être démarrés prochainement pour empêcher de nouveaux soucis.
En attendant, l'espace client, l'API et le tunnel de commande fonctionnent correctement.

High errors rate has been solved on Friday 16:45 GMT.
Root-cause of the problem has been identified on Monday, around 12:00 GMT, modifications on the infrastructure will start shortly to mitigate the issue completely.
In the mean time, manager & API & order funnel works correctly, 100% recovered.
