Une nouvelle méthode de supervision était en cours de déploiement sur les infrastructures NASHA.
Le déploiement a été testé et validé en interne.
Cependant, les tests n'ont pas identifié un effet de bord sur les ACL des partages NFS.
Nous avons dû réappliquer les ACL sur les ensembles impactés ce qui a pris un peu de temps.
Et un correctif a été déployé.
Conscient de l’impact pour nos clients nous vous présentons nos excuses pour cet incident.
Un post mortem est en cours chez nous pour identifier les axes d’améliorations.

A new supervision method was being deployed on NASHA infrastructures.
The deployment was tested and validated internally.
However, the tests did not identify an side effect on the ACLs of the NFS shares.
We had to re-apply the ACLs on the impacted clusters which took some time.
And a patch was deployed.
We are aware of the impact on our customers and apologize for this incident.
A post mortem is in progress to identify areas of improvement.
