We had a side effect during a change on keystone that started at 13h00 UTC today.
The goal was to clean old endpoint not used anymore.
A clean failed at 17h50 UTC in project_endpoint database. That created a dead lock as some projects had a reference of an endpoint that was not existing anymore.
After removing those rows manually the service was up again at 21h45 UTC.
