The FreeBSD 7 rescue and installation system is being updated for compatibility reasons.
There shouldn't be any noticeable impact.

Additional comments about closing: All FreeBSD rescue systems are now up to date and are using the kernel and userland corresponding to the available FreeBSD versions (7.4 and 8.2 respectively)
The FreeBSD 8 rescue and installation systems are now being upgraded as well.
